Tom Amos

Chairman, B.E.

Director of Wave Link Systems, Amos Aked Swift and ex Macquarie Technology Ventures, Tom Amos has been appointed Executive Chairman of Lockliv® Corporation to assist its development to become a multi-national. Tom’s background also encompasses extensive experience and knowledge as an Electronic Engineer.

Phil McCormack

MBA, B.Acc

Phil is a strategically focused Business Leader with 20+ years global experience gained working in world class Banking, Consulting and Technology Companies at Senior Executive Level. Phil is the former, Head of Mergers and Acquisitions (Global) and Head of Latin America Growth Strategy Implementation (BMS). for FUJITSU LTD.

Andrew Leary

MBA, BHM, Grad.Dip

Founder of Lockliv Corporation, Andrews background is more than 25 years of senior management in Australia, UK and Switzerland and CEO with ASX company experience. In 1995 he founded the International College of Tourism and Hotel Management (ICMS) in Manly, NSW where he served as Managing Director/CEO for twelve years.

 

Geoff Kendall 

BComm/LLB, GAICD

Geoff has over 30 years’ legal and commercial experience, most recently as a software entrepreneur, coach and mentor to various start-up and early stage enterprises. Geoff is currently the Head of Ventures at Lakeba Group, a reverse incubator based in Manly, as well as CEO of one of its startup ventures called ezidox.

Peter Dunoon 

Company Secretary, B.Bus, FCPA, GradDipAppCorpGov, FGIA

Peter Dunoon is a fellow member of CPA Australia and the Governance Institute of Australia, registered tax agent and has over 20 years experience in taxation, accounting and company secretarial roles, ranging from small-medium enterprises to listed public companies on the Australian Securities Exchange.
